WARRANTY
SpringBack Decoys warrants for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase that the removable retractable string and weight system (the “System”) will perform in accordance with its intended use. A System that does not perform in accordance with its intended use is defective. We will replace a defective System, but only after we have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the System and only after we determine it to be defective. We will not replace a System that does not perform in accordance with its intended use due to accidental damage, consumer abuse, neglect, or misuse. If you think the System is defective, please fill out the return authorization form below to start the return process.
* Please ship your non-working spring mechanism to SpringBack Decoys 134 Backstep Rd, Plaucheville, La 71362. Please do not ship the decoy body, just the non-working spring mechanism. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer and if the product is defective, a new unit will be shipped back at SpringBack Decoys cost. Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt or some other form of proof of purchase if your unit was bought anywhere other than the online springbackdecoys.com store.
